Who we are

Moosie Education is a Taipei-based edtech startup (founded April 2026) that also operates a learning center in Taipei. Contact: hi@moosiedu.com.

What this website collects

• Messages you send us by email or LINE, so we can reply.
• Usage analytics through PostHog when it is enabled: page views, clicks, and session recordings with form inputs masked. This uses browser storage (local storage and a cookie).
• We do not run user accounts on this website and do not ask for payment details here.

AI features and student data

Our AI tools are in pilot at our own learning center. We describe only what is in place:

• Staff review AI-drafted parent messages before they are sent.
• Public materials, demos, and example repositories use synthetic data only. We do not publish real student data.
• We aim to send the minimum information a task needs to a model provider, and to avoid real student names where a task does not require them.
• Which model providers process data in production, and under what terms, will be listed here once confirmed.

Minors

• Education records about children are treated as sensitive.
• We expect a parent, guardian, or the learning center to consent before a child's data enters our tools.
• We do not use AI to diagnose students, label personalities, or make high-impact decisions about a child.

Retention and deletion

Retention periods are being finalized and will be published here. Until then, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing hi@moosiedu.com.

Legal basis and standards

We design our practices with reference to Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, and we use principles from COPPA and GDPR-K as reference points. This is not a claim of compliance with those laws; our practices are pending professional legal review.
